I am a storyteller — and food is my language.
Not only the head chef, I am also the one who laid the foundation, shaped the soul, and crafted the atmosphere for both restaurants that carry the name Madame Thu.
From the recipes rooted in memory to the design of every little corner — everything begins with emotion and honesty.
I do not seek to perform or impress. I believe food should return to its essence — simple, honest, and deeply moving.
Each dish is a quiet conversation, a heartfelt message — cooked by hand, guided by feeling, and grounded in the belief that food speaks silently, but powerfully.
I’ve stood at many crossroads, faced failure, and once thought of giving up. But fate brought me to Sweden — to live this passion once again, and reimagine food in my own way.
